FAQ
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. If you are ordering from outside the US, it may take a little longer.
Do you take returns?
If your product is damaged or if you received the wrong item, let us know by email. We're a pretty small operation, so for all other reasons, we aren't able to offer returns and exchanges (we don't have the bandwidth...yet!) but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know, and we'll try to fix it.
If you’re unsure about sizes before ordering, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@plainwear.co within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
